Tomato Corn Kernels Cucumber Salad-A Cooling Salad prepared in 2 mins with Olive Oil,chives and Basil Leaves

Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Salads are nowadays a daily part of our food habits and this one salad which we are going  to see is a very easy and healthy one and you can prepare in 2 mins , if you have guests unnoticed or if you have a family get together or some gathering this can be done quickly and it is very easy too....

As my post title itself would denote that it is a very cooling salad and it can be refrigerated before serving!!!!!!!!

Now let's see how to prepare the salad!!!!!!!!!!!

Serving                    - 1 person

Cooking Time        - 2 Mins

Ingredients:

1.) Tomato              -  1(Small one)

2.)Cucumber          - Half of the full cucumber

3.)Corn Kernels     - Half a cup (Ref my measurements post)

4.)Olive Oil           -Half a teaspoon(Normal big size spoon)(Ref my measurements post)

5.)Salt                   - As required

6.)White pepper   -As required

7.)Basil Leaves    -Half a teaspoon(Normal big size spoon)(Ref my measurements post)

8.)Chives             -Half a teaspoon(Normal big size spoon)(Ref my measurements post)

9.)Lemon            -2 Nos

Method:        

1.)Clean the cucumber and tomato and cut them into small pieces.

2.)Now wash the corn kernels also and mix all the three in a bowl.

3.)Now add salt, basil leaves and chives to this bowl and mix them well.


4.)Now mix the whole bowl and squeeze the 2 lemons in this.

5.)Now the whole salad should be mixed well and kept in the refrigerator before serving.

6.)Salad is ready to serve.




Note:

1.)You can refrigerate the salad before serving but the most important thing is you have to close the
    salad and refrigerate as all the nutrients may go off.

2.)You can refrigerate only to get a slight cooling that is 20 mins to the maximum.

3.)Use only the below shown tomato.
